June 1947 Masao Sugaya established an individually-owned electrical workshop in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo under the trade name Negurosu Kyodensya.
Oct. 1953 Reorganized Negurosu Kyodensya and established Negurosu Kyodensya Inc., in which Masao Sugaya assumed the position of Representative Director.
Dec. 1954 Masao Sugaya invented the state-of-the-art fittings for insulator, later named as "ANGLUCK",which was a Mr Columbus's egg.
May 1958 Completed successfully the conduit support fixture in outdoor applications, later named as "PILUCK".
July In line with the commercialization of ANGLUCK and PILUCK, established Negurosu Denki Co., Ltd. and started marketing equipment and materials for electrical construction.
Oct. 1959 Merged Negurosu Kyodensya Inc. into Negurosu Denki Co., Ltd.
Oct. 1962 The Electrical Materials Department became Negurosu Denzai Kogyo Co., Ltd., which was mainly in the business of marketing ANGLUCK and PILUCK.
Feb. 1964 The Negurosu Building was completed, and the Head Office moved there.
Mar. Established the Nagoya Branch in Naka-ku, Nagoya City.
June 1965 PILUCK won the Award for Encouragement of Technical Promotion in the Product Contest at the Electrical Construction Materials Fair.
Aug. 1966 Established the affiliate, Buresuto Kogyo Co., Ltd.
Sep. Established the Osaka Office in Minato-ku, Osaka City.
The 1st factory(in Chuo, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo)and the 2nd factory(in Nagareyama City, Chiba Pref.)began operations.
July 1968 Established the affiliate, Marusho Kosan Inc.
Apr. 1969 Negurosu Denki Co., Ltd. and Negurosu Denzai Co. Ltd. merged into Negurosu Denko Co., Ltd.
Mar. 1970 Established the Shinonome Distribution Center in Shinonome, Koto-ku, Tokyo.
Apr. Established the Sendai Branch in Futsuka-machi, Sendai City.
Apr. 1971 Established the Fukuoka Representative Office in Haruyoshi, Fukuoka City.
June 1972 Established the affiliate, Negurosu Kucho Co., Ltd.
July Relocated the Sendai Office to a newly-built office in Oroshi-machi, Sendai City.
July 1973 Established the Tokyo Office and the Electrical Materials Sales in Higashi Matsushita-cho, Kanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
Oct. The 3rd factory(in Yachimata-machi, Inba-gun, Chiba Pref.)was completed and began operations.
Nov. Established the Fukuoka Representative Office in Katakasu, Fukuoka City.
Apr. 1974 Established the Fukuoka Office in Kasuya-cho, Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka Pref.
Sep. The Electrical Work Department became Goyo Densetsu Co., Ltd.
Nov. President Masao Sugaya won the Shibusawa Award.
Apr. 1975 Established the Tsuchiura Branch in Ote-machi, Tsuchiura City.
July Established the affiliate, Fire Lance Kogyo Co., Ltd.
Apr. 1976 Established the Sapporo Office in Higashi-ku, Sapporo City.
June Established the Kasai Distribution Center in Kasai, Edogawa-ku.
Oct. 1976 Established the Ukita Factory in Ukita, Edogawa-ku.
Relocated the Tsuchiura Office to Sakura-mura, Niihari-gun, Ibaraki Pref.
Nov. The 4th factory(in Ichihara City, Chiba Pref.)was completed and began operations.
Apr. 1977 Established the Takamatsu Branch in Kita-cho, Takamatsu City.
Mar. 1978 Relocated the Tokyo Office and the Electrical Materials Sales Headquarters to Suda-cho, Kanda, Chiyoda-ku.
Oct. Relocated the Nagoya Office to Matsubara, Naka-ku, Nagoya City.
Mar. 1979 Established the Kanazawa Branch in Kasamai-cho, Kanazawa City.
Established the Hiroshima Branch in Funairi-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City.
Mar. 1980 The Funabashi Distribution Center was completed in Shiomi-cho, Funabashi City and began operations.
July Established the Shizuoka Office in Miyatake-cho, Shizuoka City.

May 1981 Established the Kanagawa Office in Iiyama, Atsugi City.

Aug. Submitted entries to an overseas exhibition for the first time(Japan Machinery & Electronics Exhibition '82, Singapore).

Oct. Established the Setagaya Distribution Center in Kita Karasuyama, Setagaya-ku.
Oct. 1984 Established the Toyonaka Distribution Center in Toyonaka City, Osaka Pref.
Mar. 1985 Added a sales sector to the Setagaya Distribution Center, which began operations anew as the Setagaya Office.
May Established the Adachi Office in Hokima, Adachi-ku.
The 1st factory and the Ukita Factory merged, relocated to Urayasu City, Chiba Pref., and began operations.
Feb. 1986 The 5th factory(in Ichihara City, Chiba Pref.)was completed and began operations.
Mar. Established the foundation, "Negurosu Scholar Ship."
Apr. Established the Yokohama Office in Naka-ku, Yokohama City.
The Kanagawa Office was renamed the Atsugi Office.
June The 2nd stage extension of the Funabashi Distribution Center was completed.
July Established the Higashi Osaka Distribution Center in Higashi Osaka City, Osaka Pref.
Oct. Yoshiko Sugaya assumed the presidency due to the passing of the Founder and President, Masao Sugaya.
Mar. 1987 Established the Kobe Branch in Chuo-ku, Kobe City.
Apr. Established the Higashi Osaka Office in Higashi Konoike-cho, Higashi Osaka City.
May The Kanazawa Branch Office was relocated to Minato, Kanazawa City and began operations anew as the Kanazawa Office.
July 1988 The Cutpuncher MAKDCP won the Japan Electrical Construction Association's Encouragement Award in the Product Contest at the Electrical Construction Equipment and Materials Fair '88.
Aug. Relocated the Setagaya Office(sales department only)to Minami Karasuyama, Setagaya-ku.
Nov. Established the Chiba Office and the Kanto Distribution Center in Shibazono, Narashino City.

June 1992 Keiichi Sugaya succeeded Yoshiko Sugaya as President, and Yoshiko Sugaya assumed the position of Chairperson and Representative Director.
